HELP DESK
Our Customer Help Desk Team brings product expertise to each project. They work closely with all WEB team through the implementation process to ensure a successful project.
Key Job Activities Include:
- Work with external and internal customers to validate and remediate defects, enhancements, and configuration changes to the projects;
- Research and attempt to replicate issues in local environments;
- Verify viability of defects against current requirements to ensure validity;
- Track discrepancies/enhancements through the development process from inception to resolution;
- Establish and maintain contents of customer releases.
